Si le gouvernement du Groenland devait décider de solliciter, dans le DPDD, une aide financière de l'Union dans le domaine de l'éducation et de la formation, cette assistance tiendrait dûment compte de la nécessité de contribuer aux efforts consentis par le Groenland pour renforcer ses capacités en la matière et de fournir un soutien technique.
1a. Should the Government of Greenland decide to include in the PDSD a request for the Union's financial assistance in the area of education and training, such assistance shall duly take into account the need to contribute to Greenland's efforts to strengthen capacity building in that area and to provide technical support.
