La règle fixée au point 4.3 de l'annexe à la décision 342/94 de la Commission du 31 mai 1994 en matière d'actions d'information et de publicité n'est pas respectée par la brochure intitulée «L'Interconnessione Elettrica Italia Grecia », puisque l'indication de la participation de la Communauté à la réalisation du projet ne figure pas sur la page de garde.
The rule contained in point 4.3 of the Annex to Commission Decision (EC) 342/94 of 31 May 1994 on information and publicity measures was not complied with in the brochure entitled "L'Interconnessione Elettrica Italia Grecia" because the cover page did not make reference to the Community contribution to the project.
