3. Les autorités compétentes d'autres États membres ont le droit de devenir membres du collège lorsque, dans l’hypothèse où ledit indice ne serait plus fourni, de graves répercussions s’ensuivraient pour la stabilité financière, le bon fonctionnement des marchés, les consommateurs ou l’économie réelle de ces États membres.
3. Competent authorities of other Member States shall have the right to be member of the college where, if that benchmark were to cease to be provided, it would have a significant adverse impact on the financial stability, or the orderly functioning of markets, or consumers, or the real economy of those Member States.
