2. Sur la base de ces rapports, le Conseil, statuant à la majorité qualifiée de ses membres représentant les gouvernements des États membres visés à l'article 1er du protocole intégrant l'acquis de Schengen dans le cadre de l'Union européenne, et avec le vote d'au moins dix de ces membres, peut décider de reporter la date mentionnée à l'article 1er.

On the basis of these reports, the Council, acting by a qualified majority of its members representing the Governments of the Member States referred to in Article 1 of the Protocol integrating the Schengen acquis into the framework of the European Union, and with the vote of at least 10 of these members, may decide to defer the date mentioned in Article 1.
