Je pense en effet qu’un accord de ce type avec le Ghana pourrait compromettre la cohésion et affaiblir l’intégration régionale de la CEDEAO, que nous devrions soutenir, car elle est la plus à même d’avoir des effets positifs sur l’économie locale à moyen et long terme, parce qu’elle offre plus de possibilités de participation aux organes locaux.
This is because I believe that an agreement of this kind with Ghana could threaten cohesion and weaken the regional integration of ECOWAS, which we should be supporting, since it is most capable of producing positive effects for the local economy in the medium to long term, through its greater possibilities for participation by local bodies.
