TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Afin d'assurer des conditions uniformes de mise en œuvre du présent règlement, il convient de conférer des compétences d'exécution à la Commission en ce qui concerne: les procédures relatives à l'octroi, au retrait et à la révision de l'agrément des organismes payeurs et des organismes de coordination ainsi qu'en matière de supervision de l'accréditation des organismes payeurs; les règles relatives aux travaux et aux contrôles sur lesquels repose la déclaration de gestion des organismes payeurs, le fonctionnement de l'organisme de coordination et la notification des informations à la Commission par cet organisme de coordination; les règles concernant les tâches des organismes de certification, notamment les contrôles, et les règles sur les certificats et rapports devant être rédigés par ces organismes et leurs documents d'accompagnement.
In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission relating to: the procedures for the issuing, withdrawing and reviewing accreditation of paying agencies and coordinating bodies as well as for the supervision of the accreditation of paying agencies; the rules on the work and checks underlying the management declaration of the paying agencies, the functioning of the coordinating body and the notification of information to the Commission by that coordinating body; the rules concerning the tasks of the certification bodies, including the checks, and on the certificates and the reports, together with the documents accompanying them, to be drawn up by those bodies.

(2) Afin d'empêcher que des structures de rémunération mal conçues puissent nuire à une gestion saine des risques et à la maîtrise des prises de risques par les individus, il convient d'imposer aux sociétés de gestion des organismes de placement collectif en valeurs mobilières (OPCVM) l'obligation expresse de mettre en place et d'appliquer, pour les catégories du personnel dont les activités professionnelles ont une incidence substantielle sur le profil de risque des OPCVM qu'elles gèrent, des politiques et des pratiques de rémunération compatibles avec une gestion saine et efficace des risques.
(2) In order to address the potentially detrimental effect of poorly designed remuneration structures on the sound management of risks and control of risk-taking behaviour by individuals, there should be an express obligation for undertakings of collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) management companies to establish and maintain, for those categories of staff whose professional activities have a material impact on the risk profiles of the UCITS they manage, remuneration policies and practices that are consistent with sound and effective risk management.

Members should be allowed to participate in the continuous monitoring of the management of collective management organisations.

(2) Afin d'empêcher que des structures de rémunération mal conçues puissent nuire à la qualité de la gestion des risques et à la maîtrise des prises de risques par les individus, il convient d'imposer aux sociétés de gestion des organismes de placement collectif en valeurs mobilières (OPCVM) l'obligation expresse de mettre en place et d'entretenir, pour les catégories du personnel dont les activités professionnelles ont une incidence substantielle sur le profil de risque des OPCVM qu'ils gèrent, des politiques et des pratiques de rémunération compatibles avec une gestion saine et efficace des risques.
(2) In order to address the potentially detrimental effect of poorly designed remuneration structures on the sound management of risks and control of risk-taking behaviour by individuals, there should be an express obligation for undertakings of collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) management companies to establish and maintain, for those categories of staff whose professional activities have a material impact on the risk profiles of the UCITS they manage, remuneration policies and practices that are consistent with sound and effective risk management.

Dans le cadre de la gestion partagée entre la Commission et les États membres, ces derniers doivent désigner, pour chaque programme de développement rural: une autorité de gestion, un organisme payeur et un organisme de certification.
Under the principle of shared management between the Commission and the Member States, the Member States must appoint, for each rural development programme: a management authority, a paying agency and a certification body.

Ainsi que le constate le rapport, une assistance technique complémentaire en faveur de ces organismes, combinée au renforcement de l’initiative de formation des formateurs, contribuera à renforcer les capacités de gestion des organismes, même les plus petits, au niveau local.
As the report notes, additional technical assistance for these bodies, in conjunction with reinforcement of the ‘Train the trainers’ initiative, will boost the managerial capabilities of even the smallest body at local level.

a) l'autorité de gestion, les organismes intermédiaires et l'organisme de mise en oeuvre ont respecté les dispositions du règlement (CE) n° 1164/94, notamment celles de son article 12, paragraphe 1, points c) et e), et de l'article D, paragraphe 2, points b) et d), de l'annexe II dudit règlement, ainsi que les conditions de la décision d'octroi.
