La Commission invite les États membres à intensifier leurs efforts dans ces domaines essentiels pour une efficacité accrue de l'utilisation des Fonds structurels, conformément aux dispositions des nouveaux règlements d'application et tout particulièrement en ce qui concerne les systèmes de gestion informatisé (afin d'éviter également des retards dans les paiements intermédiaires).
The Commission would ask the Member States to make greater efforts in these essential areas to achieve increased efficiency in the use of the Structural Funds, in accordance with the new implementing Regulations, and particularly as regards the computerised management systems (to avoid delays in interim payments).
