1. Lorsque les chefs des délégations de l'Union agissent en tant qu'ordonnateurs subdélégués conformément à l'article 56, paragraphe 2, ils coopèrent étroitement avec la Commission en ce qui concerne la bonne exécution des fonds, afin de garantir notamment la légalité et la régularité des opérations financières, le respect du principe de bonne gestion financière dans la gestion des fonds et la protection efficace des intérêts financiers de l'Union.
1. Where Heads of Union Delegations act as authorising officers by subdelegation in accordance with Article 56(2), they shall cooperate closely with the Commission with regard to the proper implementation of the funds, in order to ensure, in particular, the legality and regularity of financial transactions, respect for the principle of sound financial management in the management of the funds and the effective protection of the financial interests of the Union.

8. Si un agent partie à la gestion financière et au contrôle des opérations estime qu'une décision que son supérieur lui impose d'appliquer ou d'accepter est irrégulière ou contraire aux principes de bonne gestion financière ou aux règles professionnelles qu'il est tenu de respecter, il en informe son supérieur hiérarchique.
8. If a member of staff, involved in the financial management and control of transactions, considers that a decision he or she is required by his or her superior to apply or to agree to is irregular or contrary to the principle of sound financial management or the professional rules which that member of staff is required to observe, he or she shall inform his or her hierarchical superior accordingly.
