L’arrêt de l’expansion des colonies, et non pas des colonies elles-mêmes, aurait dû être un premier geste prouvant aux Palestiniens que les Israéliens sont également prêts à faire un compromis. Hélas, le gouvernement israélien n’a pas voulu faire ce geste.
