La Commission Européenne a décidé d'ouvrir une procédure conformément à l'Article 93 (2) du traité CE concernant des aides d'un montant de Lit 155,4 milliards (80 millions d'écus) accordé au chantier naval Inma situé à La Spezia en Italie par le holding public Itainvest (ex Gepi). Il semble s'agir d'aides au fonctionnnement de l'entreprise incompatibles avec les règles de la Directive sur les aides à la construction navale.
The European Commission has decided to initiate proceedings under Article 93(2) of the EC Treaty in respect of aid totalling LIT 155.4 billion (ECU 80 million) granted to the INMA shipyard in La Spezia, Italy, by the public holding company Itainvest (formerly Gepi) on the ground that it constitutes operating aid incompatible with the Directive on aid to shipbuilding.
