Par souci de transparence du marché et en conformité avec le droit international public, il y a lieu de préciser, au moyen d'une indication à l'annexe II, partie 2, que le champ d'application territorial des certificats est limité au territoire de l'État d'Israël, à l'exclusion des territoires sous administration israélienne depuis juin 1967, à savoir le plateau du Golan, la bande de Gaza, Jérusalem-Est et le reste de la Cisjordanie.
For the sake of market transparency and in accordance with public international law, it should be clarified that the territorial coverage of the certificates is limited to the territory of the State of Israel excluding the territories under Israeli administration since June 1967, namely the Golan Heights, the Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank, which should be indicated in Part 2 of Annex II.
