Il parle d'un pays qui a transformé en excédent un ratio déficit-PIB de 6,2 p. 100; il parle d'un pays qui a ramené à moins de 50 p. 100 le rapport dette-PIB qui dépassait 71 p. 100. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le député s'entête à ne pas reconnaître la bonne administration qu'il a pu constater de l'autre côté de la Chambre.
He is talking about a country that has brought its deficit to GDP ratio from 6.2% to a surplus, that has brought its debt from over 71% to below 50% of GDP. I cannot understand why he is not recognizing the good administration he has been witnessing from the other side of the House.
