Under two separate notifications sent to the Commission in October, ExxonMobil and Shell are taking the gas marketing activities out of the JV and splitting them between their respective subsidiaries: ExxonMobil Gas Marketing Deutschland GmbH and Shell Erdgasbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
