Je crois vraiment que chaque chef d’État et de gouvernement gagnerait à exercer de temps à autre cette responsabilité. D’abord parce qu’il comprendrait que les problèmes qu’il connaît dans son pays ne peuvent bien souvent trouver de solution qu’en accord avec nos voisins.
I really do think that every Head of State or Government would benefit from undertaking this responsibility at one time or another, first of all because it will help them to understand that the problems they experience in their countries can often only be solved in agreement with their neighbours.
