La Commission espère qu'il sera possible de résoudre ce problème avant les prochaines élections aux conseils municipaux, qui auront lieu en février 2019, afin de permettre à tous les citoyens de l'Union vivant en Lituanie de participer à la vie démocratique de ce pays.
The Commission hopes that this issue can be solved before the next elections to the Municipal Councils which take place in February of 2019 in order to allow all EU citizens living in Lithuania to participate in the democratic life in Lithuania.
