Nous devons donc favoriser les fusions. Personnellement, j’aurais aimé aller plus loin et permettre aux OPCVM poursuivant des objectifs d’investissement différents de pouvoir fusionner plus facilement, pour autant que l’investisseur soit adéquatement protégé et informé de ces changements.
Personally, I would have liked to have seen that go even further to allow UCITS with different investment objectives to be able to merge more easily, provided that the investor was adequately protected and informed of such changes.
