La partie requérante, une association française agréée pour la protection de l’environnement, souhaite obtenir, sur le fondement de l’article 10 du règlement no 1367/2006, le réexamen du règlement d’exécution no 359/2012 portant approbation de la substance active métam (1). Par décision du 16 août 2012, la Commission a refusé ce réexamen au motif que le règlement d’exécution dont le réexamen est demandé ne constitue par un acte administratif au sens de l’article 2, paragraphe 1, sous g), du règlement no 1367/2006 (2).
