La Commission européenne a autorisé, en application des règles communautaires applicables au contrôle des opérations de concentration, une opération par laquelle les sociétés belges Electrabel NV et Soltech NV, appartenant au groupe Suez, créeront, conjointement avec Total Energie Développement SA, France, une filiale du groupe TotalFinaElf, une nouvelle entreprise commune, appelée Photovoltech, dans le domaine de l'énergie solaire.
Under the European Union's merger control rules, the European Commission has cleared an operation by which Belgium companies Electrabel NV and Soltech NV, belonging to the Suez group, will create together with France's Total Energie Développement SA, a subsidiary of the TotalFinaElf group, a new joint venture named Photovoltech in the field of solar energy.
