TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Les facteurs qui freinent la réalisation des 44 projets d'infrastructures prioritaires d'intérêt stratégique pour l'Europe retenus par le forum stratégique européen sur les infrastructures de recherche (ESFRI) sont le manque de ressources communautaires et nationales et l'intégration insuffisante avec les autres instruments financiers (BEI, Fonds structurels).
The limiting factor in building the 44 priority infrastructure projects of strategic European interest identified by the 'European Strategic Forum on Research Infrastructures' (ESFRI) are a lack of Community and national resources, and the insufficient integration with other financial instruments (EIB, Structural Funds).

Dans son rapport final, publié au début de 2002, il recommande que les États membres créent un «Forum stratégique européen sur les infrastructures de recherche», afin de promouvoir une approche cohérente et à visée stratégique de la politique des infrastructures de recherche en Europe et de favoriser les initiatives multilatérales visant à optimiser l'utilisation et le développement de ces infrastructures.
In its final report published early 2002, it recommended that Member States set up a European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures in order to support a coherent and strategy-led approach to policy making on research infrastructure in Europe and to facilitate multilateral initiatives leading to better use and development of research infrastructure.

Le rôle joué par le Forum stratégique européen sur les infrastructures de recherche (ESFRI) pour favoriser une approche cohérente et stratégique de l’élaboration des politiques a été renforcé, notamment par l’élaboration d’une feuille de route européenne pour les nouvelles infrastructures de recherche d’intérêt paneuropéen.
The role of the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI) in supporting a coherent and strategic approach to policy-making has been consolidated, notably through the preparation of a European Roadmap for new Research Infrastructures of Pan-European interest.

25. invite tous les acteurs régionaux et nationaux chargés de la conception et de l'exécution de la stratégie RIS3, de la feuille de route du Forum stratégique européen pour les infrastructures de recherche (ESFRI), des fonds structurels et d'investissement européens et d'Horizon 2020 à renforcer leur coopération en matière de planification et de coordination et, là où elles sont nécessaires, à développer des structures reliant entre eux les différents niveaux d'action de l'État; invite les États membres à partager les bonnes pratiques au sujet de telles structures;
25. Calls on all regional and national actors in charge of devising and implementing the RIS3 strategy, the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI) road map, the ESIFs and Horizon 2020 to cooperate more closely as regards planning and coordination, and, where necessary, to develop appropriate structures to integrate the various tiers of government action; invites the Member States to exchange best practises on such structures;

The realisation of 44 priority infrastructure projects of strategic European interest identified by the 'European Strategic Forum on Research Infrastructures' (ESFRI) are limited by a lack of Community and national resources.

14. réaffirme que le plan SET doit renforcer la capacité de recherche et d'innovation sur l'énergie à l'échelle de l'Union; est d'accord avec la Commission sur le fait que des infrastructures de recherche paneuropéennes constituent une partie de la solution; demande en conséquence au Forum stratégique européen pour les infrastructures de recherche d'identifier les besoins en infrastructures de recherche européennes dans le domaine des technologies énergétiques innovantes, telles que les technologies liées aux sources d'énergie renouvelables;

Reiterates that the SET-Plan needs to build energy research and innovation capacity on an EU scale; agrees with the Commission that pan-European research infrastructures form part of the solution; asks, therefore, the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures to identify the need for European research infrastructures in the field of innovative energy technologies, such as renewable energy technologies;

19. se félicite des progrès réalisés dans le développement d'infrastructures de recherche grâce à l'adoption d'une " feuille de route " par le Forum stratégique européen sur les infrastructures de recherche (European Strategy Forum for Research Infrastructures, ESFRI) ; estime néanmoins qu'il conviendrait de prévoir l'intégration de nouvelles installations et infrastructures mises en place actuellement par les États membres aux côtés des infrastructures identifiées par l'ESFRI;
19. Welcomes the progress made in developing research infrastructures with the adoption of the European Strategy Forum for Research Infrastructures (ESFRI) roadmap; nevertheless believes that provision should be made to include new facilities and infrastructures currently being developed by Member States alongside the infrastructures identified by the ESFRI;
