considérant que l'accord sous forme de procès-verbal agréé joint à la présente décision est conforme aux directives de négociation visées ci-dessus; qu'il satisfait, par conséquent, au concept de normes convenues au niveau international en matière de piégeage sans cruauté visé à l'article 3, paragraphe 1, deuxième tiret, du règlement (CEE) n° 3254/91;
Whereas the Agreement in the form of an Agreed Minute attached to this Decision is consistent with the negotiating directives referred to above; whereas it therefore satisfies the concept of internationally agreed humane trapping standards referred to in the second indent of Article 3(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 3254/91;
