Afin d'assurer le développement d'une approche basée sur une véritable prise en compte des droits fondamentaux et de fournir des conseils aux services de la Commission sur la manière d'analyser l'impact d'une initiative sur les droits fondamentaux, des orientations opérationnelles ("operational guidance") seront préparées. Ces orientations porteront sur les questions de la " check-list" droits fondamentaux énumerées ci-dessus.
In order to ensure the development of a truly mainstreamed approach to fundamental rights and provide guidance to Commission departments on how the impact of an initiative on fundamental rights should be assessed in practice, operational guidance is being prepared. This guidance will cover the questions set out in the fundamental rights "check-list" above.
