Is the government taking into account the need to have a public service that can meet the requirements relating to official languages?

Il s'agit à mon sens d'un paquet correct et bien conçu, capable de répondre aux besoins de la fonction publique de l'Union européenne.
In my opinion, this is a good and well thought-out package. It could fully meet the needs of European Union civil servants.
