S'agirait-il d'injecter des millions de dollars dans la province et dans la circonscription dans le cadre de projets de création d'emplois, ou faudrait-il plutôt encourager le secteur privé au Québec et dans sa circonscription en abaissant les impôts et en réduisant ce qu'il en coûte pour faire des affaires pour que le climat soit favorable à l'entreprise privée et lui donne la possibilité d'être florissante et prospère, afin qu'elle crée ainsi davantage d'emplois?
Would it be to pour millions of dollars into the province and into his riding by way of job creation projects, or would it be to give the private sector in the province of Quebec and in his riding an incentive through the lowering of taxes and the lowering of costs of doing business so that the environment of the business community would be such that it could flourish and prosper, thus creating more jobs?
