À cette fin, Flachglas Torgau a demandé au Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit (ministère fédéral de l’Environnement, de la Protection de la nature et de la Sûreté nucléaire, Allemagne) de lui transmettre des informations concernant tant la procédure législative dans le cadre de laquelle a été adoptée la loi sur l’allocation des quotas d’émission de gaz à effet de serre (pour la période 2005 à 2007), qu’à la mise en œuvre de celle-ci.
To that end, Flachglas Torgau asked the Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit (Federal Ministry for the Environment, Protection of Nature and Reactor Safety) to provide it with information relating to the legislative process in which the Law on the national allocation plan for greenhouse gas emission licences in the allocation period 2005-2007 was adopted and the implementation of that law.
