The first motion we received was from you, Mr. Fitzpatrick, that pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), chapter 5 of the November 2003 report of the Auditor General, the committee requests all electronic and written material exchanged between the office of the Minister of Finance and David Herle and/or Earnscliffe for the years 1999-2003.
