Après le changement de régime en Allemagne de l'Est, la firme Halbmond était devenue propriété de la Treuhandanstalt. Par après elle a été transférée aux organisations de succession de la Treuhand. Dans ce cas c'est la société de gestion Schröder Partner GmbH Co. Management KG (SP) qui détient la firme et qui la vend.
Halbmond was controlled by the Treuhandanstalt following German unification, and is now being sold by one of the Treuhand's successor organizations to which it was subsequently transferred: Schroder Partner GmbH Co. Management KG (SP).
