Where a demand in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article is communicated to the Commission after the date of circulation of the assessment report under Article 14(2) of this Directive, or after receipt of the opinion of the European Food Safety Authority under Article 6(6) and Article 18(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003, the timelines set out in Article 15 of this Directive to issue the written consent or, as the case may be, in Articles 7 and 19 of Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 to submit to the Committee a draft of the decision to be taken, shall be extended by a single period of 15 days regardless of the number of Member States presenting such demands.

32. 32. The proceeds of the fees and rates collected under this Act, shall be applied by the said Board of Trade solely to the purposes mentioned in the twenty-ninth section of this Act, and other purposes necessary and incident to the efficient working of this Act, as shall also any money now or hereafter in the hands of the said Board, arising from rates and fees under this Act, or the Acts repealed by it, or any interest on such moneys; and if at any time it should become apparent that the proceeds of the rates and fees herein mentioned, with the interest on any such moneys as aforesaid in the hands of the Board, are and probably will be more than sufficient for the purposes aforesaid, it shall be the duty of the said Board to reduce any or all of the said rates and fees accordingly, and again to increase them or any of them, with the sanction of the Governor in Council, if they become insufficient for the said purposes.

(29) For the purposes of subsection 13(26), where a taxpayer acquires property (other than a building that is used or is to be used by the taxpayer principally for the purpose of gaining or producing gross revenue that is rent) in the taxpayer’s first taxation year (in this subsection referred to as the “particular year”) that begins more than 357 days after the end of the taxpayer’s taxation year in which the taxpayer first acquired property after 1989, that is part of a project of the taxpayer, or in a taxation year subsequent to the particular year, and at the end of any taxation year (in this subsection referred to as the “inclusion year”) of the taxpayer

(b) where the entitlement of any of those members or former members to any part of the assistance is known by the partnership as of the end of a calendar year that ends after the particular time and that part of the assistance was not required to be reported under paragraph 66(12.691)(a) in respect of a fiscal period ending at or before the end of that calendar year, or under this paragraph in respect of a preceding calendar year, the partnership shall, on or before the last day of the third month following the end of that calendar year, file with the Minister a prescribed form indicating the share of that part of the assistance paid to each of those members or former members before the end of that fiscal period or to which each of those members or former members is entitled at the end of that calendar year; and

4. Le budget alloué au titre du présent règlement aux actions de l’Union visées à l’article 20 du présent règlement, à l’aide d’urgence visée à l’article 21 du présent règlement, au réseau européen des migrations visé à l’article 22 du présent règlement et à l’assistance technique visée à l’article 23 du présent règlement, est exécuté en gestion directe, conformément à l’article 58, paragraphe 1, point a), du règlement (UE, Euratom) no 966/2012 et, le cas échéant, en gestion indirecte, conformément à l’article 58, paragraphe 1, point c), du règlement (UE, Euratom) no 966/2012.
4. The budget allocated under this Regulation to Union actions referred to in Article 20 of this Regulation, to the emergency assistance referred to in Article 21 of this Regulation, to the European Migration Network referred to in Article 22 of this Regulation and to the technical assistance referred to in Article 23 of this Regulation shall be implemented under direct management in accordance with point (a) of Article 58(1) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 and, where appropriate, under indirect management in accordance with point (c) of Article 58(1) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012.

Afin d’assurer des conditions uniformes d’exécution du présent règlement, il convient aussi de conférer des compétences d’exécution à la Commission en ce qui concerne la présentation des éléments du programme opérationnel, les règles relatives aux procédures, au format et aux calendriers concernant l’approbation des modifications des programmes opérationnels et leur présentation, le programme de travail annuel associé au titre VI, chapitres I et II, la structure du plan de compensation pour les régions ultrapériphériques, l’application des différents points de pourcentage de l’intensité de l’aide publique, le modèle à utiliser par les États membres lors de la présentation des données financières à la Commission, la détermination des indicateurs spécifiques pour les priorités de l’Union, les règles relatives à l’information à adresser aux États membres ainsi que sur les besoins en termes de données et les synergies entre les sources de données potentielles, le format et la présentation des rapports annuels sur la mise en œuvre, et les éléments à mentionner dans les évaluations ex ante.
In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should also be conferred on the Commission in respect of the presentation of the elements of the operational programme, rules on procedures, format and timetables concerning the approval of, and the submission and approval of amendments to, operational programmes, the annual work programme under Chapters I and II of Title VI, the structure of the compensation plan for outermost regions, the application of the different percentage points of public aid intensity, the model to be used by Member States when submitting financial data to the Commission, setting the indicators specific to the Union priorities, rules on the information to be sent by Member States as well as on the data needs and synergies between potential data sources, the format and presentation of the annual implementation reports, and the elements to be included in the ex ante evaluation reports.

La Commission présente, avant le 1er janvier 2014, au Parlement européen et au Conseil un rapport précisant si les ASE ont présenté les projets de normes techniques de réglementation et les projets de normes techniques d’exécution prévus dans la présente directive, qu’une telle présentation soit obligatoire ou facultative, ainsi que toutes les propositions appropriées.
The Commission shall, by 1 January 2014, submit to the European Parliament and to the Council a report specifying whether the ESA have submitted the draft regulatory technical standards and the draft implementing technical standards provided for in this Directive, whether the submission is mandatory or optional, with any appropriate proposals.

1.7. 1.7. By derogation from this principle, livestock not reared in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation can use, for a limited period of time each year, the pasturage of units complying with this Regulation, provided that such animals come from extensive husbandry (as defined in Article 6(5) of Regulation (EC) No 950/97(1) or, for other species not mentioned in that Regulation, the number of animals per ha corresponding to 170 kg of Nitrogen per year/hectare as defined in Annex VII of this Regulation) and provided that other animals which are subject to the requirements of this Regulation are not present on this pasturage at the same time.

In section (3) thereof, by deleting all of the words after the word ``meet'' and by substituting therefor the words: ``within two sitting days of the naming of the Chairman and the adoption of the motion appointing or referring the bill to the committee of which the membership has been reported'. ' PART B. That Standing Order 68 be amended by adding, immediately after section (3), the following: ``(4)(a) A motion by a Minister of the Crown to appoint or instruct a standing, special or legislative committee to prepare and bring in a bill, pursuant to section (1) of this Standing Order, shall be considered under Government Orders.
