a chargé le Comité des représentants permanents d'effectuer à temps une analyse rapide des propositions annoncées par la Commission, en tenant compte des observations formulées par les Etats membres au cours du débat et en gardant à l'esprit que l'objectif déclaré du Conseil est de mener ces travaux à leur terme, dans la mesure du possible, avant la fin de la présidence finlandaise ;
- instructed the Permanent Representatives Committee to ensure a rapid and timely examination of the proposals announced by the Commission, taking into account the observations made by the Member States during the debate and bearing in mind the Council's stated objective of concluding the work, if possible, before the end of the Finnish Presidency;
