Le 12 juin 2015, la Finlande a présenté la demande EGF/2015/005 FI/Computer programming en vue d'obtenir une contribution financière du FEM à la suite des licenciements intervenus dans le secteur économique relevant de la division 62 (programmation, conseil et autres activités informatiques) de la NACE Rév. 2, dans les régions de niveau NUTS 2 de Länsi-Suomi (FI19), Helsinki-Uusimaa (FI1B), Etelä-Suomi (FI1C) et Pohjois- ja Itä-Suomi (FI1D) en Finlande.
On 12 June 2015, Finland submitted an application EGF/2015/005 FI/Computer programming for a financial contribution from the EGF, following redundancies in the economic sector classified under the NACE Revision 2 Division 62 (Computer programming, consultancy and related activities) in the NUTS level 2 regions of Länsi-Suomi (FI19), Helsinki-Uusimaa (FI1B), Etelä-Suomi (FI1C) and Pohjois- ja Itä-Suomi (FI1D) in Finland.

Le 19 juin 2015, l'Irlande a présenté la demande EGF/2015/006 IE/PWA International en vue d'obtenir une contribution financière du FEM à la suite de licenciements survenus dans l'entreprise PWA International et chez un fournisseur en Irlande.
On 19 June 2015, Ireland submitted an application EGF/2015/006 IE/PWA International for a financial contribution from the EGF, following redundancies in PWA International Ltd and one supplier in Ireland.

La demande remplit les conditions relatives à la fixation du montant de la contribution financière du FEM conformément à l'article 13 dudit règlement.
That application complies with the requirements for determining a financial contribution from the EGF in accordance with Article 13 of that Regulation.

3.À la suite de l’évaluation de cette demande, la Commission a conclu, conformément à l’ensemble des dispositions applicables du règlement FEM, que les conditions d’octroi d’une contribution financière du FEM étaient remplies.
3.Following its assessment of this application, the Commission has concluded, in accordance with all applicable provisions of the EGF Regulation, that the conditions for awarding a financial contribution from the EGF are met.

Font l'objet d'une contribution financière du FEM les dépenses exposées à partir des dates énoncées dans la demande en vertu de l'article 8, paragraphe 5, point i), auxquelles l'État membre concerné fournit ou commence à fournir les services personnalisés aux bénéficiaires visés, ou engage les dépenses administratives pour la mise en œuvre du FEM, conformément à l'article 7, paragraphes 1 et 4, respectivement.
1. Expenditure shall be eligible for a financial contribution from the EGF from the dates set out in the application pursuant to point (i) of Article 8(5) on which the Member State concerned starts, or is due to start, providing the personalised services to the targeted beneficiaries or incurs the administrative expenditure to implement the EGF, in accordance with Article 7(1) and (4) respectively.
