For the 2008 financial year, the accounts of the Member States' paying agencies in respect of expenditure financed by the EAGF, set out in Annex II, are disjoined from this Decision and shall be the subject of a future clearance of accounts Decision.

Les comptes des organismes payeurs des États membres au titre des dépenses par programme de développement rural financées par le Feader pour l’exercice financier 2008, indiqués à l’annexe II, sont disjoints de la présente décision et feront l’objet d’une décision d’apurement ultérieure.
For the 2008 financial year, the accounts of the Member States' paying agencies in respect of expenditure per Rural Development programme financed by the EAFRD, set out in Annex II, are disjoined from this Decision and shall be the subject of a future clearance of accounts Decision.

If an entity applies the amendments for an earlier period it shall disclose that fact and apply for that earlier period the amendments to paragraph 3 of IFRS 7 Financial Instruments: Disclosures, paragraph 1 of IAS 31 and paragraph 4 of IAS 32 Financial Instruments: Presentation issued in May 2008.
