Monsieur le président, je voudrais tout d'abord présenter mes condoléances au leader de l'opposition à la Chambre à la suite du fiasco de mardi soir, où certains députés de son parti ne savaient pas comment voter.
Mr. Speaker, I would first like to offer my condolences to the hon. House leader for the official opposition, given the fiasco that occurred in the chamber last Tuesday night when some of his members did not know how to vote.
