This issue was also discussed at the structured dialogue between EU Sports Ministers from the extended Troika , the Commission and sports movement representatives from the International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA), the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA), UEFA, the EU Sports Platform, the European Physical Education Association (EUPEA), the Association For International Sport for All (TAFISA), the International School Sport Federation (ISF) and the Federation of the European Sporting goods Industry (FESI).

Le 30 novembre 2006, la Commission a annoncé, par un avis publié au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne (2), l'ouverture d'une procédure antidumping concernant les importations, dans la Communauté, de ferrosilicium (ci-après dénommé «FeSi») originaire de la République populaire de Chine, d'Égypte, du Kazakhstan, de l'ancienne République yougoslave de Macédoine et de Russie.
On 30 November 2006, the Commission announced, by a notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union (2), the initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding with regard to imports into the Community of ferro-silicon (FeSi) originating in the People’s Republic of China, Egypt, Kazakhstan, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Russia.

Il a dès lors été considéré que le FeSi ne se prêtait plus à un engagement à prix fixes [voir également les considérants 131 et 132 du règlement (CE) no 172/2008 (4) du Conseil] et qu'il convenait de retirer l'acceptation de l'engagement offert par la société concernée.
Therefore, it was concluded that FeSi is not considered anymore suitable for a fixed price undertaking (see also recitals 131 and 132 of Council Regulation (EC) No 172/2008 (4)) and that the acceptance of the undertaking offered by the company concerned should be withdrawn.
