J’espère qu’à la suite de cette deuxième réponse, M. Ferrández sera pleinement conscient de la manière dont fonctionnent les choses dans ce dossier - de ce que font réellement la Commission et le gouvernement espagnol. En d’autres termes, il devrait être très clair que le gouvernement espagnol ne fait rien d’illégal en entamant des travaux à certains endroits de ce qui sera le transfert de l’Èbre.
I hope that, following this second reply, Mr Ferrández will be fully aware of how things are proceeding here – of what the Commission and the Spanish Government are really doing: in other words, it should be made very clear that the Spanish Government is not doing anything illegal by beginning work at certain points of what will be the Ebro diversion.
