Dans le cadre de l'élaboration de ce rapport, nous avons effectivement constaté que les femmes apparaissent très rarement à des postes à haute responsabilité dans les grandes institutions culturelles, et que ces inégalités s'accompagnent très souvent d'inégalités de rémunérations.
In drawing up this report we noted that women very rarely reach positions of senior responsibility in the major cultural institutions, and that these inequalities are very often accompanied by inequalities of income.
