No later than six months after the expiry of the period specified in Article 13(2), the Member State shall present a report to the Commission on the execution of the financial contribution, including information on the type of actions and main outcomes as well as on the number of people who have secured lasting employment as a result of contributions from the EGF, together with a statement justifying the expenditure and indicating, whenever appropriate, the complementarity of actions with those funded by the ESF.

(F) Whereas Austrian authorities claim that the down-sizing of ATS production in Loeben have aggravated the situation in Loeben, where the unemployment rate increased by more then 50% in August 2009, and in the surrounding region of Eastern Upper Styria which is faced with a decline in population, ageing and long-term unemployment and suffered from other mass lay-offs, for which other EGF applications were submitted;
