L'action capital d'amorçage vise à promouvoir l'offre de capital pour la création d'entreprises nouvelles, innovantes, ayant un potentiel de croissance et de création d'emplois, et ce y compris dans l'économie traditionnelle, en assistant les fonds de capital d'amorçage, les incubateurs et organisations similaires dans lesquels le FEI intervient, soit sur ses ressources propres, soit sur ses mandats, dès leurs premières années d'activité.
The Seed Capital action aims to stimulate the supply of capital for the creation of innovative new businesses with growth and job creation potential, including those in the traditional economy, through support for seed funds, incubators or similar organisations in which the EIF participates - either from its own resources or on its mandate - from their early years onwards.
