Les mesures d'aide mises à exécution par l'Allemagne en faveur de Entstaubungstechnik Magdeburg GmbH ("ETM") et qui font l'objet de la présente décision s'élèvent à un montant de 22,752 millions de DEM et sont compatibles avec le marché commun conformément à l'article 87, paragraphe 3, pointe c), du traité CE et à l'article 61, paragraphe 3, point c), de l'accord EEE.
The measures which Germany has implemented in favour of Entstaubungstechnik Magdeburg GmbH ("ETM") and which fall to be considered under this Decision amount to DEM 22,752 million and are compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty and Article 61(3)(c) of the EEA Agreement.
