Il faudrait évoquer explicitement dans l’accord l’article 6 du traité sur l’Union et il devrait y avoir une référence à la Charte des droits fondamentaux qui a été proclamée par le Conseil, par les États membres et qu’elle se verra reconnaître, je l’espère, une valeur constitutionnelle.
Article 6 of the Treaty establishing the European Union must be mentioned explicitly in the agreement and there should also be a reference to the Charter of Fundamental Rights, which was proclaimed by the Council, by the Member States, and will, I hope, be given constitutional value.
