Je pense qu'en plus de protéger les dénonciateurs, il faudrait consacrer davantage de ressources et de temps à la promotion des actes non répréhensibles grâce à l'éthique et à l'éducation, pour aider les gens à comprendre ce qu'est un comportement moral et à agir avec intégrité au sein du gouvernement.
I think that in addition to providing whistle-blowing protection, we should spend far more effort in terms of resources and time on promoting so-called “right doing” through ethics and education, helping people to understand what it means to be ethical and to act with integrity within government.
