C’est, évidemment, Monsieur le Député, que la vraie question qu’il va falloir maintenant suivre de très près et où il faudra être extrêmement réactif, aussi bien le Parlement – il le fera, je le sais – mais aussi la Commission, et même certains membres du Conseil, c’est de savoir si nos États membres qui ont accepté cette formule avec un certain nombre d’États membres qui l’ont acceptée, forcés et contraints, parce qu’on a dû batailler, et je remercie vraiment le Parlement, car je crois que sans le Parlement on n’y serait pas parvenu.
It is clear that the real issue at hand that we must now monitor very closely and that will require us to be extremely responsive, both at the level of Parliament – which I know will act in this way – and of the Commission, and even of certain Members of the Council, concerns our Member States, which have accepted this formula, along with a number of other Member States, which have been forced and constrained to accept it, because we have had to fight. I express my sincere thanks to Parliament because I do not believe that this would have been possible without it.
