Car cette Agence nouvelle pourrait constituer un exemple en montrant réellement l’utilisation qu’elle fait des fonds qui lui sont confiés et en démontrant qu’elle ne peut endurer le reproche fort justement adressé à maintes actions entreprises par les Institutions européennes: le manque de transparence en matière d’attribution et d’utilisation des ressources. Nous savons en effet qu’il ne peut être de démocratie sans transparence.
This new agency could set an example by really showing how it manages the funds allocated to it, and by the absence of what is a cause of justifiable criticism of the European institutions, by which I mean lack of transparency in the way funds are spent and used, in the knowledge that without transparency, there is no democracy.
