Je ne crois pas que le Parlement européen soit le lieu approprié pour le faire et suis convaincu qu’en approuvant un tel document, nous ne faisons que pervertir le système institutionnel en tant que tel.
I do not believe that the European Parliament is the proper place to do this and what we are doing, by approving a document like this, is distorting the institutional system itself.
