Si je dit cela, c'est parce que je trouve vraiment intéressant que les députés d'en face soient intervenus pour dire que le gouvernement est autoritaire, que si nous avons ce débat c'est parce que nous avons eu trop de motions d'attribution de temps et qu'ils n'aiment pas la façon de procéder du gouvernement.
The reason I say that is I find it really interesting that members opposite who have spoken here have begun their speeches by saying that the government is heavy handed, that the reason we are having this debate is that we have had too many motions of time allocation and that they do not like the way the government is operating and doing business.
