Selon la version modifiée des accords, CIE peut assurer ou permettre l'installation d'autres câbles de télécommunications pour des tiers, pour autant que pendant une courte période limitée dans le temps, Esat Telecom ait prioritairement accès aux infrastructures de CIE pour déployer et mettre en service son réseau aussi rapidement que possible.
Pursuant to the agreements as amended, CIE may install or permit the installation of other telecommunications cable for third parties provided that during a short, limited period, Esat Telecom will be granted priority access over CIE infrastructures for the purposes of deploying and putting into service its network as fast as possible.
