In accordance with Article 10(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003, in conjunction with Article 7 thereof, two applications were submitted for the re-evaluation of tocopherol extracts from vegetable oils, tocopherol-rich extracts from vegetable oils (delta rich) and alpha-tocopherol as feed additives and their preparations for all animal species.

3. Once the time limit set out in Article 11(7) has elapsed, whenever a person asks the central authority of a Member State other than the Member State of the person’s nationality for information on his own criminal record, the central authority of the Member State in which the request is made shall submit a request to the central authority of the Member State of the person’s nationality for information and related data to be extracted from the criminal record in order to be able to include such information and related data in the extract to be provided to the person concerned.

Only in cases where the extract of a decision granting the application is addressed to the Member State(s) where the applicant has requested that action be taken in accordance with Article 5(2), second subparagraph, second sentence, the Member State which receives this extract shall complete without delay the part 'acknowledgement of receipt' of the form by indicating the date of receipt, and return a photocopy of this extract to the relevant authority indicated in box 3".
