Lors de l’audience, après avoir rappelé que les candidats pouvaient passer l’épreuve d’étude de cas en allemand, en anglais ou en français, le requérant a mis en exergue qu’il ressortait des documents produits par la Commission dans le cadre des mesures d’organisation de la procédure que les candidats ayant passé ladite épreuve en allemand ou en français avaient tous eu la même variante du sujet.
At the hearing, observing that candidates could take the case study test in German, English or French, the applicant pointed out that it was clear from the documents produced by the Commission in the context of the measures of organisation of procedure that candidates who took that test in German or in French all had the same version of the subject.
