La présidence en exercice, Monsieur le Président, évalue de façon très positive le débat qui a eu lieu, l’encouragement qu’a procuré le Parlement européen à tout moment et elle veut remercier publiquement cette institution pour le soutien et l’impulsion qu'elle en a reçus à chaque instant.
