6. If the provisions of the Treaty establishing the European Community regarding rulings by the Court of Justice are amended with consequences for rulings in respect of the Brussels I Regulation, Denmark may notify the Commission of its decision not to apply the amendments in respect of this Agreement.

Prenant acte de l'interprétation conférée par la Cour de justice des Communautés européennes, dans ses arrêts C-458/00, C-228/00 et C-116/01, à la définition de la valorisation, ainsi que des effets de cette interprétation sur l'accomplissement des objectifs de valorisation, le Parlement européen, le Conseil et la Commission déclarent leur intention commune de réexaminer cette question à la prochaine occasion.
