La Commission demande à la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne d’infliger le paiement d’une somme forfaitaire à compter de la date du premier arrêt jusqu’à ce que l’État membre ait mis fin au manquement ou, en l’absence de mise en conformité, jusqu’à la date du second arrêt, sur la base d'un montant journalier multiplié par le nombre de jours qu'aura duré l'infraction, ce qui correspond, à ce jour, à un montant de 15 943 620 euros.
The Commission is asking the Court of Justice of the EU to impose a lump sum from the date of the first judgment until the Member State has rectified the infringement or in the absence of compliance until the date of the second judgment, based on a daily amount multiplied by the number of days the infringement persists, leading, up to now, to a sum of EUR 15 943 620.
