TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

16. se félicite des mesures prises depuis l'entrée en vigueur du traité de Lisbonne, conformément aux recommandations du groupe de pilotage sur les relations avec les parlement nationaux, en vue d'intensifier la coopération entre les parlements nationaux et le Parlement européen, en particulier en ce qui concerne la planification des réunions interparlementaires de commissions, l'augmentation du nombre de ces réunions (50 depuis 2010), la communication aux membres des parlements nationaux et aux organes politiques concernés des propositions des parlements nationaux (avis motivés et contributions), l'introduction de vidéoconférences, la promotion de visites bilatérales, les améliorations techniques apportées au système européen d'échange interparlementaire d'informations (IPEX), l'augmentation du nombre de projets de collaboration menés sous l'égide du Centre européen de recherche et de documentation parlementaire (CERDP), les visites de personnel administratif et l'échange d'informations et de bonnes pratiques; estime que ces mesures contribuent à rendre les relations interparlementaires plus efficaces et mieux ciblées tout en renforçant la démocratisation parlementaire;
16. Welcomes the actions that have been taken – in accordance with the recommendations of the steering group on relations with the national parliaments – since the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon to intensify cooperation between the national parliaments and the European Parliament, in particular as regards the planning of interparliamentary committee meetings, the increase in the number of such meetings (50 since 2010), the forwarding to members of the national parliaments and relevant political bodies of national parliament submissions (reasoned opinions and contributions), the introduction of videoconferences, the promotion of bilateral visits, technical improvements to the InterParliamentary EU information eXchange (IPEX), the increase in the number of collaborative projects carried out under the aegis of the European Centre for Parliamentary Research and Documentation (ECPRD), visits by administrative officials and the exchange of information and of best practice; believes that these actions help to make interparliamentary relations more efficient and more focused, while contributing to parliamentary democratisation;

L'Union européenne se doit d'être en première ligne au moment d'établir une norme mondiale en matière d'échange automatique d'informations et, en instaurant un système européen d'échange automatique d'informations, la Commission peut prendre la tête des efforts visant, en collaboration avec l'OCDE, à élaborer une norme au niveau mondial.
The EU needs to be at the forefront of establishing a global standard for AEOI, and by establishing a European system of AEOI, the Commission can lead the way in its work with the OECD in shaping the global standard.

(h) d'encourager la spécialisation croissante d'Europol et d'Eurojust dans la lutte contre cette forme de terrorisme, de renforcer leur rôle, s'agissant d'établir un diagnostic sur ce phénomène et de mettre en œuvre les mécanismes européens d'échange d'informations entre les autorités policières de l'Union et des États membres, et de renforcer la confiance mutuelle des autorités policières de l'UE et des États membres dans les mécanismes européens d'échange d'informations,
(h) encourage the increasing specialisation of Europol and Eurojust in the fight against this form of terrorism, strengthen their role in diagnosis and in the activation of the European mechanisms for exchange of information between the European Union police authorities and the Member States and promote mutual trust in European mechanisms for exchange of information between European Union police authorities and the Member States,

Dans une seconde phase, un format européen d'échange d'informations unique, compréhensible par tous serait conçu afin de surmonter les obstacles juridiques et linguistiques qui rendent les échanges d'informations sur les condamnations souvent incompréhensibles.
In the second stage, a standard European format would be established for the exchange of information in a form that would be comprehensible everywhere, in order to overcome the legal and linguistic difficulties that often make information on convictions difficult to understand.

SE FÉLICITE que la Commission ait l'intention de rendre opérationnel en 2004 le système communautaire de communication et d'information d'urgence et de le lier aux autres réseaux existants, notamment ceux prévus pour les urgences radiologiques et sanitaires, tels que le système d'alerte précoce et de réaction dans le domaine des maladies transmissibles (EWRS), le système d’alerte rapide pour les attaques et menaces biologiques et chimiques (RAS-BICHAT), le système d’information médicale (MedISys) et le système européen d'échange d'informations en cas d'urgence radiologique (ECURIE);
WELCOMES the intention of the Commission to make the secure Community Emergency Communication and Information System (CECIS) operational in 2004, and to interlink it with the other existing networks, in particular those for health and radiological emergencies such as Early Warning and Response System in the field of communicable diseases (EWRS), the Rapid Alert System for Biological and Chemical Attacks (RAS-BICHAT), the Medical Intelligence System (MedISys) and the EC Urgent Radiological Information Exchange (ECURIE);

Face à cette problématique, la Communauté a créé le réseau européen d'échanges d'informations en toxicologie TOX-NET.
The Community's answer to this problem has been the constitution of a European network for the exchange of toxicological information - TOX-NET.

Pour sa part la Commission estime qu'il y a lieu : - d'améliorer la qualité des informations disponibles, notamment en ce qui concerne les structures des salaires; - de contribuer à une meilleure adéquation des formations professionnelles aux besoins évolutifs des travailleurs et des entreprises; - d'encourager le développement au niveau européen, d'échanges d'informations sur les pratiques au sein des entreprises; - d'entreprendre des études en vue de promouvoir une convergence des politiques d'équité de rémunération dans les Etats membres; - d'encourager les partenaires sociaux à s'intéresser à ces problèmes au niveau communautaire.
For its part the Commission proposes to take measures : - to improve the quality of information available, particularly with regard to wage structures; - to contribute towards a better matching of training to the developing needs of businesses and workers; - to encourage exchanges of information at European level on practices within firms with regard to pay; - to undertake studies to seek to promote a convergence of equitable wage policies within the Member States; - to encourage the social partners to address these issues at Community level.
